...get set...GO!! How do you get started with healthy weightloss? Here are my thoughts:
1. You need the desire to loose weight.
-desire is not to be confused with will-power, or self-control. That will come with time and practice. Right now you just need the desire.
2. You need support.
-find someone, or a group, to loose weight with. It is critical to have someone you are accountable to. They will help motivate you to eat right, exercise, and help you to reach your goals. If you cannot find someone to loose weight with, go to a close friend or family member who you can rely on. It is important that the person you choose for support is someone you know you can count on, someone to help you be strong every step of the way.
3. You need a plan.
-this is a big one. More on it next.
4. You need to follow and stick to the plan.
-This is by far the hardest part. You can do it, as long as you have the desire, proper support and a good plan to follow. Hey, if I can do it {and I'd better}, then so can you! You can do it!!! And you will get better, and stronger, with practice and time.
